Uninstallation of a DIRAC component

Usage::

  dirac-uninstall-component [options] ... System Component|System/Component

Options::

  -f  --force                  : Forces the removal of the logs

Arguments::

  System:  Name of the DIRAC system (ie: WorkloadManagement)
  Component: Name of the DIRAC component (ie: Matcher)
