The JobSanity executor screens jobs for the following problems
   - Problematic JDL
   - Jobs with too much input data e.g. > 100 files
   - Jobs with input data incorrectly specified e.g. castor:/
   - Input sandbox not correctly uploaded.
   - Output data already exists (not implemented)
